* Advised in the extension of the EUR 5 billion State aid scheme to municipal energy companies approved by the European Commission
* Advised the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment in a groundbreaking State aid notification procedure
* Secured the European Commission’s approval for the EUR 5 billion State aid scheme to municipal energy companies;
* Sale of Visma’s IT consulting business to CVC Capital Partners Fund VIII;
* Acquisition by Equitix of Aurora Infrastructure Oy;
* Successfully represented Ascensia Diabetes Care before the Supreme Administrative Court in a legal precedent case;
* Represented Finland in more than sixty cases before the Court of Justice of the EU covering various fields of EU law
