We assist clients with employment and director agreements and other employment related documentation and advise clients of employer obligations and workplace practices in Finland. We work in tight collaboration with our clients during changes in their business environment assisting clients with termination processes as well as consultations with employees’ representatives and trade unions. We support the growth of our clients, assisting clients with development and implementation of incentives schemes and advising clients on employment related issues in connection with mergers or acquisitions. When amicable solutions are frustrated we also assist and represent our clients in all employment related disputes. We provide practical solutions that enable the client to achieve the desired end result within the applicable legal framework.
