We support the growth of our clients, assisting clients with development and implementation of incentives schemes and advising clients on employment related issues in connection with mergers or acquisitions. When amicable solutions are frustrated we also assist and represent our clients in all employment related disputes. We provide practical solutions that enable the client to achieve the desired end result within the applicable legal framework.
