Associates work directly with the partner or senior associate in charge.

At Waselius working hours may vary from one day to another. We understand that also lawyers have the right to a work-life balance and since some work days may stretch beyond official work hours, we have implemented a working time account, to compensate our lawyers for their overtime work.

Team work and team building is important for the purpose of providing seamless legal services to our clients. We find it important to also get to know each other and socialize outside of work. Our social activities are highly appreciated by the whole personnel, enjoying each other’s company at the yearly crayfish party, at various weekly get-togethers as well as at exercise or training events.
