Waselius advised Public Property Invest AB (“PPI”) on the completion of its previously announced acquisition of three care properties in Finland with an aggregate value of approximately EUR 28 million. The transaction completion in respect of the Kirkkonummi and Kaarina properties took place in September 2026.
Waselius acted as legal counsel to PPI in all legal matters relating to the completion of the transaction, including completion requirements, transaction implementation and completion formalities.
The care properties are leased to established operators Attendo Oy and Kototiimi Oy under long-term lease arrangements and form part of PPI’s strategy of investing in high-quality social infrastructure assets in the Nordic region.
