Waselius advised Toivo Group Oyj on the sale of a residential development project in Puistola, Helsinki, to Premico Asuntorahasto III.
The transaction concerns a residential apartment building project to be constructed in Puistola. The project will comprise 73 residential apartments. The building will be constructed to energy class A pursuant to LEED environmental certification requirements, and the property will feature geothermal heating.
The value of the transaction is approximately EUR 15 million.
