Waselius advised an international investor on the sale of an 8,500 sq m light industrial property located in Lohja, Finland, to Nordika, a Nordic real estate investor.
The property is fully let to Inission Lohja, a subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed Inission AB.
Waselius advised the seller on all legal aspects of the transaction.
