Waselius advised Glesys in connection with its agreement with Trevian Asset Management to establish “Campus Oulu”, a new AI-ready data center campus in Oulu, Finland.
Campus Oulu is planned as a modular data center development with long-term expansion potential of up to approximately 300 MW. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2026.
The campus is designed to support high-performance computing and next-generation AI workloads, including liquid-cooled infrastructure solutions and operation based on renewable energy.
Waselius advice covered, amongst others, the establishment of overall contractual framework for the long-term cooperation with Trevian through lease and capacity arrangements relating to the phased development of the data center campus.
