Waselius advised Balder Finland on a project with SRV concerning the development of Meyer Turku’s new headquarters next to the Turku shipyard.
Balder Finland and SRV entered into an agreement for the design and construction of two office buildings, which will be fully leased to Meyer Turku, serving as Meyer Turku’s new headquarters. The total value of agreement is approximately EUR 38.5 million.
The development forms part of the Blue Industry Park, a growing hub for industry and maritime-related activities in the Turku region.
