Waselius advised Public Property Invest ASA (“PPI”) on its acquisition of a supported housing property in Helsinki, Finland, for approximately EUR 9.2 million.
The property comprises approximately 3,770 sqm of lettable area and is fully leased to the City of Helsinki under a long-term lease agreement. The property holds a BREEAM In Use – Very Good certification, demonstrating PPI’s continued commitment to sustainable property investments.
