Waselius advised GoByBike Finland Oy on the acquisition of Oomi Fillari, Oomi Oy’s employee benefit bicycle business and related financing arrangements.
The transaction transfers Oomi Fillari’s entire employee bicycle portfolio and customer base to GoByBike, further strengthening GoByBike’s position in the Finnish employee benefit bicycle market.
The transaction was successfully completed in April 2026.
