Waselius advised Toivo Group Oyj in connection with the forward sale to Norlandia Health & Care of an elderly care home to be constructed in Joensuu. The total value of the transaction is approximately EUR 9 million. The care home is scheduled to be completed and commissioned in summer 2027, with closing to take place following completion of the project. The care facility will comprise premises for 50 residents in 24-hour service housing and 10 residents in communal housing.
Waselius’ advice covered the key legal aspects of the transaction, including support in the negotiation and finalization of the sales and purchase agreement and related transaction documentation.
