Waselius advised a Sislin Group company on the successful and strategic divestment of a commercial property with over 3,000 sqm of lettable area in the City of Turku. The transaction represents a key step in Sislin Group’s portfolio optimisation strategy. The property was acquired by a Finnish real estate investment fund.
