Waselius advised Balder on the acquisition of an 11-storey, 188-room prime hotel property in Helsinki. The property’s main tenants are Scandic and HOK-Elanto (S-Market). Part of the hotel premises is sublet by Scandic to HUS, which uses the facilities for family accommodation and patient hotel operations. The building also houses Restel, which operates a Burger King restaurant as Scandic’s second subtenant. The seller of the property was LähiTapiola.
