Waselius has advised the mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners on the Finnish law aspects of the EUR 1.575 billion financing for the Nomad Foods Group.
The financing involved establishing a new USD 620 million term loan and a EUR 880 million term loan, as well as a new EUR 175 million Revolving Cash Facility, each due 2032.
The Nomad Foods Group is a leading provider of frozen foods, and the largest supplier in Western Europe, with household name subsidiary brands such as Aunt Bessie’s, Birds Eye, Iglo, Goodfella’s and Findus.
