Waselius advised Sislin Oy on the divestment of an industrial and warehouse property located in Vantaa to Aktiivitilat, a Finnish real estate investment company focused on production and warehouse assets. The property comprises approximately 3,300 sq m and is almost fully leased. The value of the transaction was approximately EUR 5 million.
