Waselius advised Public Property Invest ASA (“PPI”) on its acquisition of three high-quality care properties in Finland for approximately EUR 28 million. The portfolio comprises properties in the Helsinki and Turku regions, totaling approximately 8,000 sqm of lettable area with 195 care places. Construction will commence in 2025 under a turnkey agreement with Hartela Oy. The properties are leased to established operators Attendo and Kototiimi Oy on 15-year contracts.
Waselius advised PPI on all legal aspects of the transaction, including due diligence reviews, SPA and construction agreement negotiations, and closing formalities.
