Waselius advised Nordiqus Finland Oy on its EUR 12.25 million acquisition of a portfolio of educational properties from Hoivarakentajat Oy. The portfolio includes three modern, sustainable daycare and school facilities in Kuopio, Haapavesi, and Tampere, featuring long-term leases and strong ESG credentials.
The properties are constructed from Finnish logs and meet high sustainability standards (EPC A, LEED Silver, or BREEAM In-Use Very Good). The portfolio has an average lease term of approximately 19.5 years and a combined floor area of around 3,600 m², serving nearly 500 children and staff.
