Waselius advised Balder Finland Oy on its acquisition of all shares in KOy T2 Partners Vaasa Fab, the owner of an industrial property in Vaasa, from Famdell Oy Ab, Kvadraten Ab, and VP Facilities Oy Ab.
The facility comprises approximately 11,000 m² of production and office space and is fully leased to Oy Primo Finland Ab, a provider of plastic profiles and extrusion solutions.
Waselius provided full legal support throughout the transaction, including due diligence, negotiation of documentation, and closing coordination.
The acquisition expands Balder’s Finnish industrial portfolio in line with its growth strategy.
