Waselius advised Finesco Hospitality Oy on the acquisition and development of a historical lakeside mansion property in Loppi, Finland, as part of a high-end resort hotel project. The site includes multiple heritage buildings and has been transformed into an exclusive mansion hotel and nature retreat designed for corporate events, weddings, and luxury private stays.
The project represents a significant investment in the region’s boutique hospitality offering. In addition to the completed renovation of the main mansion and surrounding estate, the development will continue with the construction of lake-view private premium villas in the mansion’s garden area, enhancing the resort’s capacity and exclusivity.
