Waselius advised Bob W Technologies Oy, a strongly expanding tech-powered short-term rental operator in a project in which our client identified and presented a hotel site for development to Slättö, a private equity real estate investor, facilitated in the property transaction and negotiated a development and lease agreement with Slättö. The transaction object is a former office building located in central Helsinki which will be converted into a 99 unit aparthotel. Our role covered advising the client in all transactional aspects of the project as well as in lease negotiations.
