Waselius advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (PUBL) (SBB) in all Finnish law aspects related to the closing of the divestment of a 49% stake in a social infrastructure portfolio for public education to Brookfield Super Core Infrastructure Partners. The value of the entire transaction was SEK 9.2 billion added with an additional earn out of up to SEK 1.2 billion. The portfolio consists of preschools, elementary schools, upper-secondary schools and universities located in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
