Waselius represented Eitrium, a Swedish investment company, in the acquisition of Ab Keymet Oy, a metal company specializing in the electronics and aerospace industries. Keymet manufactures smaller series of niche metal products including plates, frames, panels and spectrometer boxes. Eitrium is a diversified Nordic group that invests in established product companies in niche markets.
