Waselius advised Neova Oy in entering into a joint venture with Lassila & Tikanoja Plc, the two parties thereby consolidating their international wood fuel business into L&T Biowatti Oy. Neova Oy owns 45 per cent and Lassila & Tikanoja Plc 55 per cent of the joint venture. The joint venture’s turnover is approximately EUR 100 million and it employs around 100 people.
