Waselius advised LocalTapiola Finance (LähiTapiola Rahoitus Oy) as the originator in the EUR 592 million public securitisation of a portfolio of Finnish consumer auto hire purchase contracts. The transaction, the first public ABS for the originator, is STS labelled and notified to ESMA on 26 April 2021.
