Waselius represented Primehotels Oy in the negotiations of a franchise agreement with Hyatt Hotels. Expected to open in 2022, the 224-room Grand Hansa Hotel located in the very heart of Helsinki will be the first “The Unbound Collection” by Hyatt Hotels in the Nordics.
