Waselius represented the joint book-running managers and co-manager as well as certain financial institutions as lenders in the Finnish law aspects of offering of USD 375 million senior notes by Venator and related financing arrangements consisting of senior secured term loan facilities of USD 375 million and revolving ABL facilities of USD 300 million.
