Waselius represented the joint bookrunners in the Finnish law aspects of the issuance of USD 85 million Senior Notes due 2019 by Coveris, a Sun Capital portfolio company. The Notes will constitute a single series with, and will be consolidated and fungible with, Coveris’s existing senior notes due 2019. Coveris is a leading global plastic packaging company and has been formed by the combination of Exopack, Britton Group, Kobusch, PACCOR and Paragon Print & Packaging.
