Waselius represented the joint bookrunners and lead arrangers in the Finnish law aspects of the issuance of USD 325 million Senior Notes due 2019 by Coveris, a Sun Capital portfolio company, and the related financing arrangements, including USD 435 million and EUR 175 million term loan facilities. Coveris is the sixth largest global plastic packaging company in the world and has been formed by the combination of Exopack, Britton Group, Kobusch, PACCOR and Paragon Print & Packaging.
