Waselius represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent and collateral agent, and J.P. Morgan Securities as sole bookrunner and sole lead arranger, in the Finnish law aspects of a USD 500 million superpriority debtor-in-possession credit facility to Exide Technologies and certain of its subsidiaries.
