Waselius represented Visma group and its owner, HgCapital, in the Finnish aspects of the acquisition by KKR of 76.9% of the Visma group. The share purchase agreement values Visma group at an enterprise value of approximately NOK 11.3 billion and the completion of the transaction is expected to take place later this year.
