Waselius advised Scania Suomi Oy in connection with the sale and long term leaseback of its newly completed 6,700 sqm truck repair and service center located in Vantaa. The property, designed and built-to-suit for Scania and finalized in December 2024, serves as Scania’s main truck center in Finland as well as its national headquarters.
The buyer of the asset was Nordisk Renting. The value of the acquisition was approximately EUR 21.5 million.
JLL acted as the seller’s sole commercial advisor in the transaction, while Waselius provided legal support to the seller throughout all phases of the transaction.
